Nike+ Training: 8 Weeks Walk-to-Run

Click on the link above to watch my progress. I'm starting an 8-week program that helps you learn to run. As any of you who might have played sports with me can attest to, I am by no means quick and do not have stamina.  I want to get this through running so I can start enjoying exercising more and can continue working out even while on vacation, etc.  My goal is to do a 5k before July of 2010.
